1.1 Scope of Agreement

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

gh444's VIP program has five tiers, where players move up to higher tiers based on their activity and receive weekly cashback:

• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The process for changing VIP tiers is determined by gh444 and may change at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using coordinated betting or arbitrage strategies.
• Placing only low-risk bets solely to meet bonus conditions, which gh444 considers improper.

If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming on gh444:

• Each bet is considered final once it has been confirmed.
• If a game is interrupted for any reason, gh444 will determine the result in accordance with the game rules.

• If any player earns money by exploiting a software error or bug, that amount will be forfeited.

6.2 Special Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi and other sports events:

• If any event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gh444 platform:

• Participating in fraud, deception or illegal activities.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or access another player's account.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Attempting to attack or damage gh444's systems or servers.
• Harassing, intimidating or behaving inappropriately toward other players.
• Misconduct toward gh444 employees.
• Unauthorised copying or distribution of any software or information from the platform.

8.1 Account Closure by gh444

gh444 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify age or providing false information.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• As directed by legal authorities.

If an account is closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, in cases of terms violation, all balances may be forfeited.
